Boot Issue - Colour Screen Cycle

I am running a Raspberry 4B. Upon turning my unit on, it cycles through a range of different colours, red, green, orange etc before going black and turning off again. The power supply is the official rasberrypi block.

Does it work if you remove all bootable SDcards/USB disks - i.e. do you get the PI4 diagnostic screen ?
