I have a MicroCenter Atari fight stick which is factory installed with a xinmotek dual USB encoder for player 1/left and player 2/right.

I have this weird problem (bug?) when I boot up with my Thrustmaster FGT Rumble connected as player 3, players 1 and 2 wind up swapped when I launch a game. This messes up all my bindings for driving games which I use both the FGT and fight stick buttons.

My work-around is to plug the FGT in after it boots but I really want to leave it plugged in. Also btw, when I plug in an Xbox controller as p3 and boot, p1 and p2 are fine.

Anyone have a clue how to fix this so I can leave the offending controller plugged in?
