      https://github.com/danielfreer/raspberrypi5-retropie-setup

      Tried this exactly multiple times: Used Lite 0S 64 bit.

      Tried OS customization and leaving it blank no matter what i do it always hangs up with something like:

      Finished systemd_update-utop-runlevel.service- Record Runlevel Change in UTMP.
      GNU/Linux 12 raspberrypi ttyl. Any ideas?? Thank you

        @erdoc789 Why is this a problem ? What do you expect to happen ? You need to log in first before running any installation commands - it's not an error what you're seeing.

        Note that if you don't have any Linux experience, I recommend you wait until the Pi5 is fully supported. I - and probably others - already gave you that advice a week ago.

            @mitu yes you did.

            I am an old stubborn guy and don't give up as easily as i probably should.

            I will try to figure out how to get to a login I guess and pray that the new version of retropie comes out quickly :) :)

            Thank you !!

            Appreciate your input

              Ok, but in this case you should first start learning how to - minimally - operate Linux and/or RaspiOS and then retry the installation instructions again.

                    The Debian user manual is a good start. Running a Linux desktop for a while exclusively is also a good way to grasp how Linux works underneath.
