Please add some info about your setup, as requested in https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-first.
Can you check whether your
psp
ROM folder on the USB drive has some files in it ? Looks like the folder is empty and that's why you don't get anything for that system. If you turn onparse gamelist only
, EmulationStation doesn't look at all at the folder's contents and only shows that is recorded in the system'sgamelist.xml
file - this means that if you're going to add or remove a game, this change will not be shown in EmulationStation. -
@mitu I had actually found out later in the evening I completely deleted the psp games and it was showing them because games.xl file was still there

@mitu I am however now running into issues with my ssh I have used ssh maybe twice since I got the pi which was several years ago now . I changed the password and tried using pi as username and I keep getting acces denied on my MacBook I’m not sure what’s happening maybe I don’t have permissions

I changed the password ...
OK, for which account did you change the password and how did you exactly changed it (command line, UI,etc.) ?

@mitu I have resolved my issue it boiled down to two things 1) someone told me to make sure that the keyboard on retropie was set to U.S. which it was not and 2) I was trying to share files through ftp and not sftp. thank you for help
