Hello, I have downloaded a lot of pokemon games to retropie (DraStic NDS specifically) and only two appeared. I tried redownloading but it didn't work. They just won't come up. Only pokemon white and white 2 appear. Even though I downloaded pokemon diamond, pearl, platinum, heartgold, soulsilver, black, and black 2 as well. Any suggestions?

@Arctic452910 first place I'd look is the file extensions. Sounds like the working files might be uncompressed while the ones you're not seeing still are.

@phillip_benoit thanks for replying so quickly I will try that and get back to you on that. I feel dumb for asking, but how do I do that?

@phillip_benoit I figured it out and found all games I downloaded in the roms section of file manager. What do I do then?

@Arctic452910 in a terminal, you can type:

              ls ~/RetroPie/roms/nds

the extension will be the last part of the file name after the "."

@Arctic452910 compare the extensions. What are the extensions of the files that work? What is the extension of the files that do not?

I'm not sure what you mean by extensions. I'm mostly new to this stuff

@phillip_benoit there is a 7z beside the ones that don't work. There is a zip or nds beside the ones that do work.

@Arctic452910 7z is a type of compressed file that may not be compatible with your emulator. You'll either need to convert it to a zip file or uncompess it for the nds file inside.

                                  this:
                                  https://cloudconvert.com/7z-to-zip

                                  or this:
                                  https://gcore.com/learning/how-to-extract-7z-files-linux/

remembering that Raspbian is a Debian derivative.
