Retropie boots fine and I can access files through SSH but when I plug the SD card into my PC it just isn't being detected/recognised. I have tested multiple sd card adapters and ports. This was shortly after it was working the same day and the only thing I was working on was boot config settings for playing on a CRT

@Meatjunk Windows can't read your card, because it's formatted for Linux.

          Yes, right, that's correct.

...or do you mean, that it cant read even that part, any longer?

@sleve_mcdichael Correct, it doesn't detect that part any longer

@Meatjunk ...but it still boots up and works fine in the Raspberry Pi, but your PC won't detect the partition? I'm not sure how that can happen, but maybe someone smarter than me will have an idea.

Maybe your sd card is on the way out..as it's gonna kick the bucket and turn into read only mode/

Did you try another sd card reader than the one you are currently using ?
