Issue with Manual Installation on Raspberry Pi 5

Due to not having a ready-made image for the Raspberry Pi 5, I had to do the installation manually, so far so good, but as you can see in the photo, it doesn’t have the default theme, the Homebrews that come pre-installed, and the only menu is this ‘retropie.’ Any idea what to do?

Apart from the - partially - missing theme, there's nothing wrong here, RetroPie doesn't install anything extra (Hombrews ? not sure what does it mean).
Re-install the emulationstation and retropiemenu packages and - if you still have issues - post the installation log taken from$HOME/RetroPie-Setup/logs. Since the installation log is quite large, please use pastebin.com for it.EDIT: you should also post your system setup, as detailed in https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-first.
