ppsspp not installing

Yesterday my uncle said that he don't wanted his laptop so I take it install ubuntu and put all my roms there and searching for emulators I find retropie/ emulationstation, and my first reaction was "I need to install it, this looks awesome" so I install it and everything woks well, but ppsspp was not installed, I try the main package and the secondary one but it doesn't work the installation get at this point:

everything else works great! this is the only issue that I have
what can I do? -

The newest version of Ubuntu 16.10 isn't supported so to get PSP & N64 support, you should use Ubuntu 16.04:

I have a raspberry pi 3, and it turns out that same problem;
I can't install ppsspp from binary, just from source;
binary is locked on Setup screen and nothing happens;
source displays the error mentioned above;
This also happens when I try to install the emulated on the Dreamcast;
but Dreamcast worked installing via source;
