Troubleshooting Reicast (source code) error...

Pulled up my log for failed Dreamcast booting, and the lines that stick out are:
terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::logic_error'
what(): basic_string::_S_construct null not valid
/opt/retropie/emulators/reicast/bin/reicast.sh: line 05: 25431 Aborted...sounds like a source code error is preventing correctly-configured Reicast from launching. How should I fix this?

Do you have a joystick connected ?

Yes I do. It's part of a Picade cabinet, actually.

@TonyTheTGR does it map as a keyboard though? Try updating RetroPie-Setup and reinstalling reicast. You may need to many configure it.

Okay! It finally boots up, but now it doesn't recognize my Picade stick as a controller. It's called an "Arduino Leonardo;" is there a way to configure Reicast to support it? Thank you very much.
