Games have disappeared from the list

RetroPie Version Used: 3.8.1
Built From: SD Image
Error messages received: none

Hi, I played some roms on different systems to see if they work,and everything worked but when I turned the "console" on the second day sees me only games and systems in which I played the day before in the files all roms are unchanged.
I am not advanced user.

Nowhere I did not find such a problem on the Internet

Any news? I have the same problem. All though my games just won't appear on the list. Some do some don't.

Turned out i was missing cue files:)
