      Hello all,

So yesterday I snagged the Retropie 3.7 ISO from Retropie.org, plugged in my PS2 controller and turned on the Pi. First I got a warning saying "failed to start usbmountdev service" or something along those lines, maybe it was because I had a USB Hard Drive plugged in... Nevertheless the Pi successfully booted into EmulationStation, from there I mapped my PS2 controller and everything was going great. I downloaded a GBA game to try out straight away and already I ran into my first problem: When I start the GBA emulator (lr-gpsp) it goes to a black screen that lasts a short while and then sends me back into emulationstation. No biggie I thought, I selected gpsp as the default emulator and sure enough, Pokemon Emerald started up. Now here start the big problems: My controller is all messed up, literally: Triangle is A, B doesn't exist, X is Y, L is something, the analog sticks don't do anything. So I tried the Start+Select combo to exit the emulator and it didn't work. Looking up some tutorials online I found that there should be an option in the retropie setup script to register and set up a controller, this option doesn't exist in my retropie installation. So I thought, Ok, I'll try reinstalling it, same thing as before. I tried to install it through the script on a clean Raspbian Jessie and I got the same problem with the controller. I really don't know what to do anymore....

Any help would be very appreciated!

      Thanks in advance
