      @Cooleoe6 How about some more info about your problem? Does the screen boot or not? Have you written this in the /boot/config.txt file?

      hdmi_group=2
      hdmi_mode=87
      hdmi_cvt 800 480 60 6 0 0 0

      Systems: Raspberry Pi 0/2/3 Model B+
      Os: RetroPie 4.5
      Frontend: Emulationstation & Attract Mode

                    @Cooleoe6 you have to add "HDMI_cvt" to the config yourself, it's not there by default :)

                        @Cooleoe6 in /boot/config.txt

                        #uncomment to force a specific HDMI mode (this will force VGA)
                        hdmi_group=2
                        hdmi_mode=1
                        hdmi_mode=87
                        hdmi_cvt=800 480 60 6 0 0 0
