Amiga UAE4ALL2 two player controls
-
Using RetroPie 4.1
According to the wiki the movement controls are hardcoded to arrow keys - up / down / left / right.
How can I add controls for a second player in two player games?Is it possible to use RetroArch to override the UAE4ALL2 hardcoded controls, and add four more keys for a second player movement?
I followed this guide to map the hardcoded controls to gamepad, but it only works for one player...

@retroeiki uae4all2 is not a RetroArch emulator.
I don't think you can use the keyboard to emulate 2 joysticks (If that's what you mean ?)
Note uae4all2 is no longer developed - assuming you are on a Raspberry Pi (Please provide more information when posting - https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-first) uae4arm is the better emulator. I don't know if that emulator can do it either, but you could put in a feature request here for it - https://github.com/Chips-fr/uae4arm-rpi if it can't.
If you are running on X86/X86_64 you can run fs-uae which has many more options.

Sorry I forgot to mention that I am using Raspberry Pi 2.
I though UAE4ALL2 was the newer one. It is stated in the wiki as "brand new". That is why I went with it...
RetroPie now has a brand new UAE4ALL2 emulator - which works much better than the previous one and many games are playable. On a Pi 2, most OCS/ECS games run at full speed.So UAE4ALL2/UAE4ARM might not be able to support for two players controls?
I can of course ditch the raspberry pi and switch to a x86 system using fs-uae, but I just think it is strange that there is no two player option for the Amiga emulator.

@retroeiki Yep that should be changed. Also a good illustration of why we don't like people saying they are running "Latest RetroPie" when reporting issues as it can be confusing.
I will remove the text. They both support two players, with two gamepads for example I think, but I've not tried it.

@BuZz Switched to UAE4ARM and now the gamepads work without any problems! Thank you! Spent some time trying to figure this out and messing with xboxdrv... :-) :-). Now it just works.
