Pi Zero (v1.3) Capabilities?!
-
Good Evening!
I just finished setting up and transferring some NES Roms to my Pi Zero.
The game and overall system performance are perfectly fine.
But i'm curious about the capabilities of the Pi Zero (v1.3).Before i started working on this project i've read somewhere that the Pi Zero won't be able to support every emulator in retropie.
Is this true? If yes, which Emulators (ROMS) would be too much for the processing power of the Zero?My Setup:
Pi Zero v1.3
32GB Micro SD Card (Pre Made SD Image installation)
XBOX One Controller via. USBThanks in Advance!

@Loohney dreamcast, psp,n64, psx (psx may be ok, but may be a little slow) for example
-
@BuZz is there some sort of an overlay to view the usage and utilization of the processor and even frames per second etc.?
Oh, and since you said: "for example" are there any other emulators i should consider? -
@Loohney retroarch has a fps setting that can be enabled from the RGUI (select+x). cpu usage can be seen over ssh by using a command like
top
orhtop
There are others, and there are lots of arcade games that will be too slow. 8 and 16 bit systems should be fine.

@BuZz - thank you!
I was thinking about top or htop too.Awesome support!

mame4all and pifba should be ok too. Don't expect the libretro arcade cores (lr-fbalpha, lr-fbalpha2012, lr-mame2003, ...) to run at decent speed.
