Emulator: All EmulatorsIm using Kevin's 64gb Attrack package.... i have updated system and emulators from source ...i have gone to config.txt and made sure hdmi_drive=2 was set...
I have had some games work in headphone jack... but few and for some reason i was in Attrack Mode in main Wheel screen and press left on joy for a couple times and a blue line went across the screen like a reboot and the sound worked for everything thru HDMI... One of the games froze so i reboot and now no sound again but KODI has perfect sound thru HDMI.... I am new to this project and learning fast thru this forum but this is killing me.... Thanks for the Help

I'm not familiar with "Kevin's 64gb Attrack package" but it sounds like a pre-built image that came with ROMs. Those aren't supported here.
-
@obsidianspider I believe that one isn't, however it's still hard to debug of course when you don't know how an image might be customised.
-
@BuZz Where do you suggest as good base to start as far as package+ roms to make sure that i have good foundation to get things going?

FORUM RULES ALSO ON POSTING IN REGARDS TO ROMS/GAME IMAGES
Due to the nature/complexity of Copyright/Intellectual Property Rights Law, which differs significantly from Country to Country, before posting on the Forum regarding Emulation please read the following rules. BIOS/ROMS/Game Images are prolifically available on the Internet (a quick search in your favourite Web Browser should suffice), however, to protect The RetroPie Project from possible legal action by the Copyright Owners please DO NOT –1. Ask for BIOS/ROMS/Game Images 2. Ask where they can be downloaded

@mikedyj Yeh, as he says you can't discuss ROM downloads here. I'd suggest starting with a fresh install of the official image from the RetroPie site and then get you ROMs from the image you currently have onto it. Obvs, take ROMs off first to shared location ready to copy back to new build.

Im sorry....im not use to the terminology for the software used.... My question is what to download as a base to make sure everything is running correctly... I have the Retropie 4.1 installed , should there be anything else to ensure best results?
Thanks -
@markyh444 thank you...i will do that

@mikedyj If you look in the Wiki there is a section about sound issues https://github.com/retropie/retropie-setup/wiki/Sound-Issues
Read through this and try the suggested fixes. Also try another HDMI lead if that fails.
