Burning Force - new Artwork Pack

man! Sorry if I'm asking too much, but please consider creating a github account and putting your art there. Then we can create some automate method to get your amazing art and install on our RetroPie. :-)
-
@meleu I have no clue how Github works but will create an account soon and try to upload there.

Amazing artwork as always. Thanks for sharing mate :)

my rom set shows this as (burningf) not (burnforc) I pretty sure i'm using the suggested rom set of .78 for mame2003 do I just need to rename everything including anything in the files themselves?
-

-

Renaming MAME ROM files isn't a good idea.

Just for my understanding, what is the advantage of having these on github ? If it is direct file access (instead of ZIPs) I can enable this on Mega also.

@UDb23 Let's imagine you have a repository named mame-overlays, then its URL would be https://github.com/udb23/mame-overlays
And then you put your art there. Now I can clone your repository with this command:
git clone https://github.com/udb23/mame-overlays
Now I have all the files you've put on your repository. Next week maybe you'll make another cool overlay for MAME ROW and upload it to your repository, and then we'll can do some git tricks to be allways synchronized with your repository.
The first big deal is that when you make a new art you can come here on the forum and say "Hey guys I've made a new overlay for the FooBar game and uploaded the files to the repository! Hope you like it!". It's enough. No need for new URLs. It's more organized.
And if you use some kind of standardization on the directory/file names I can make a script to automate the process of installing them on the users' RetroPie (I was talking with @vbs and maybe we can work together on a script he already started). No need to download the zip, transfer to the retropie, unzip, and move the files to their right directories.
I agree that github isn't the easier and most intuitive service on the web, it was made for developers. But for the purpose we want you don't need to know all the details. I'm not a github expert, but you can ask when you face some problem and I'll try to help with a smile on my face! :D

@meleu Understood; makes sense. Thanks.

@UDb23 if you like the Mega Drive version, maybe you'll like to know that this game got achievements recently:

@meleu sure I'm interested. Will check it out, thanks !

@UDb23 I finished the overlay. Hope you like it. I took some liberties like adding stars and resizing the bezel so it wouldn't take up the entire screen.

@Orionsangel Cool! Great work.
