NES30 Pro Game Reset Question?

Question for everyone. I have an NES30 Pro that is currently working.
When I click Start+Select it resets the games.
Yet when I'm in the Nintendo 64 emulator, it doesn't work. When I click Left+Right shoulder buttons then it'll reset the game. I've been looking at the RetroArch file and I can't figure out why it's resetting when I hit the shoulder buttons only on Nintendo 64 games.
Any wonder why it's doing that?
