      Hello,

      I just noticed that PS2 is in the list of supported systems here:
      https://retropie.org.uk/documentation/systems-in-retropie/

      But I also keep reading that PS2 does not work. Does this mean that the info I find about PS2 is old and it's now supported, or it means that there's an error in the page of supported systems?

      cheers!
      Alex

        @Monops it's supported. look at https://github.com/retropie/retropie-setup/wiki/Playstation-2

        it says x86 only. not for raspberry pi. retropie can be used on a few different systems.

            @Monops basically what's available in your 'main', 'optional' and 'experimental' install menus in retropie-setup.

            essentially everything except wii and ps2.

              And a more general FYI about PS2: you need a pretty fast computer to emulate it...or at least something better than my 2.66 Ghz quadcore with ATI Radeon HD 5770 Graphics Card...couldn't get a decent framerate on a single PS2 game. I actually broke down and just picked up a real PS2 for $30 off Craigslist ;)

                @Dochartaigh
                I installed retropie on my linux (Linux Mint), but PS2 (even having some roms) does not appear on menu selection.
                Is there any more configuration for me to do ?
