with only 21 games listed--all important classics--don't we want overlays for all of them?

My 4-player cocktail style cabinet built as a custom "roadcase"

Of course we do but unless your the one making them we just have to go with what is given to us as I am sure they take both time and know how to do.

Absolutely. Overlays mostly made from scratch starting from original flyers and cabinet artwork.
It requires extensive research on the web, fixing, composing and editing the image to best fit Lr-mame actual game area(s).
Not forgetting often required vectorizing work.
                This means hours.

Part of it is my fault, I won't release an overlay unless it's top quality (to me).
                :-)
It still is fun and even "challenging": otherwise I wouldn't do it.

                  Meanwhile finalized Lunar Rescue overlays.

Well I do hope it stays fun and challenging for you so we can keep reaping the benefits. In any case thanks for making our games look so much better. Also as I said please take what time you need we can wait.

Here's the overlay for nr. 2:

Again it was composed only with arcade cabinet art.

And here comes title ranking nr. 6 : SPACE INVADERS (Taito)

It's an adaptation of the image made by Metalzoic/Alexminasepm (Metalzoic's MAME Mega-Bezel Pack on Rlauncher forum).
