@cyperghost can you post a link to the switch? I would love to see a two way slide switch that returns to center

@cyperghost yeah i have to agree with you. I was a little sarcastic about it blowing up. :) Low volt power supplies these days are pretty safe. Unless you plug them into your phone and your battery blows up. Lol

I do not know what you are talking about. Big companies do excellent quality control and test new devices for every situation in daily duty. You ca not imagine what that means if a new developed device does blow up in a critical situation .... Maybe on an aeroplane ;) Does this ever happenend?
          SARCISTIC

Back to normal. The switch is called SLP-23-492T .... I just saw this in only one shop so I think it is not very common. But it is really made for the SEGA build.

          Edit:
No it does not return to center. It is a combination if a sliding switch with 3 fixed positions in together with a push button function.
So you connect ground of push button and slider together and can so use it.

I found a small joystick button that works as you descriped but thats SMD tech and awful for soldering and mounting. Other switches are mich to big to fit.

            Hey all,

Two things - Shirtpunch guarantees all their orders, you get it, or you get a complete refund.

Second thing: they have a bundle on sale today for the USB hub, a NES USB controller, megaman bluetooth speaker, and a genesis tshirt for $19.99. https://www.shirtpunch.com/the-ultimate-retro-bundle

            check it!

@hansolo77 Me too. They are using those photos in a number of listings. I messaged the seller, but I'm not sure they'll take them down.

You can see much more information on this process by searching Google for "retropie topic 6003" and it should be the top response

@hansolo77 It looks like their only mechanism is if I had a listing of my own that the other seller copied.

Other stuff requires a DMCA notice, per their website, and ugh.

I'll say this, the seller responded first thing this morning, and did remove the photos, at least from the initial post. Hopefully they will also be removed from their other listings.

There is some hope for the world. The seller removed my photos from all of their listings and was polite in their correspondence.

just wanted to thank obsidianspider for making this thread..as well as the contributors. i used this idea to make my own sega pi... i managed to fit a 40mm fan and an othermod.com shutoff circuit into mine and love it!

thumbs down to the ebay lame using this thread to profit. least they could do is make it then sell it?!

anyways i thought i was done with mine...but manage to keep making little tweaks to my setup.

special thanks to othermod.com for his help with his circuit!! support this guy's hard work!

@edmaul69 i used a dremel with a cutoff wheel through the backside..cut a rough hole then kept carefully shaving it down. then used some small cheap files from harbor freight, which for the price are pretty good. ive used them on metal, and they have different shapes in the pack. finished it up with some 1000 and 2000 grit sandpaper.
