@herb_fargus thank you I will try this when i get off work today.
-
@herb_fargus this worked for my pi B but on my pi0w and pi0 the USB is not working it says no gamepad detected. any idea what's going on?
-
@track75 possible insufficient power supply, janky adapter or hub? You didn't specify any details or the type of gamepad so hard to advise.
-
@herb_fargus my power supply is 5v2Amax,im using a generic classic usb game pad, I'm thinking maybe the usb hub going to try to get a new one and see if that fixes things.
-
@track75 I had issues with my USB hub where it wouldn't even boot until I unplugged it (guess I get what I paid for...Was like $5)
-
@herb_fargus yes my hub was cheap ill get a better one and let you know how it works. My power supply should be fine though right.
-
@track75 yeah for a pi 0 i imagine 2A is more than sufficient
-
@herb_fargus I got a new USB hub with power light. it lights up but doesn't detect any devices???
-
@track75 if you have an otg cable try that just with one device first. also is it a usb 3.0 or 2.0? my 3.0 never worked.
-
the hub is 2.0 and have used another hub and a just the micro USB to female usb to my pi0 and pi 0w... the new hub works with piB
