Adding Emulators to Retro Pie
-
Hello, I have a Pi Zero with no wireless or network port. I want to add emulators to the system so I need to hook up the SD card to my computer but I'm not sure where I put the emulator. Any help on accomplishing this is appreciated. Thanks.

@Shaggy you first have to compile a binary compatible with the pi and then use Linux to access the SD card filesystem ... Would be easier for you to find a way to get a network connection

It's not as easy as I thought it was. It certainly sounds easier to find a way to add a network connection to the Pi! Thanks for the info. I'll go research some ways of adding a network connection.

@Shaggy if you can, connect a crossover cable from your pi to your computer. Then you can transfer them over to the pi.

I'm assuming you need an internet connection to install the extra emulators from the Manage Package menu in the Retropie setup menu?

@Shaggy Yes. You could try but it's difficult to download the software without it.
