Analog Joysticks with RetroGame

I'm setting up on my RPi Zero a handheld emulation system. I'm planning to use one or two joysticks I have that use two potentiometers and has a push button. But as far as I can see, retrogame only does digital input, 1 key = 1 result. Is there any way to use retrogame with analog controls so that the full 360 degrees is used?
