?FILE NOT FOUND ERROR C64

Hi! I am having some issues with Retropie (latest) and VICE (latest), installation went ok i think, added a couple of games to the C64 directory and everything looks ok. C64 list of games visible in Retropie, but when selecting a game, VICE starts but cannot load the game! VICE and C64 screen starts trying to autoload but cannot find the games. LOAD"*",8,1 gives

SEARCHING FOR *
?FILE NOT FOUND ERROR

Tried using
LOAD"$",8 and LIST

Cannot find anything. It's as if there is no disk in VICE with the ROMS on.

Please advice, and please pardon my poor english!

@Bias76 turn on true drive emulation in the setting and save, or switch on the drive hook option.
