0% Save State Retropie - Pi2 B
-
Hi Guys,
I'm new to Retropie and Raspberry Pi though I've been using emulators for years. I've got retropie setup and I'm able to play the PSX, Megadrive and SNES ROMS I've imported with new issues.
Issue is with saving states, in using the Start & RB hotkey, the yellow message at the bottom left stays in "0% Saving State" and whilst emulation continues without issue, saving never completes, nor am I able to load the state.
I've not seen a h other posts with the same issue, can anyone help me?

Any ideas guys? This is driving me nuts!

Thanks Simonster,
My assumption is that this has something to do with write permissions as everything else emulation wise appears to be working perfectly (but that's a bit of a guess)

I have a Pi 3 that I have just written the Retropie 4.2 image from the website on to and put a couple of SNES games on and I can confirm that using the default emulator (lr-snes9x2010) it works fine (I am using a wired Xbox360 controller). It sounds like a permissions error. How did you copy the roms on to the Pi?
