How to disable Shader Switching with Select Button

Hello,
I am very new to Retropie, I tried to search the docs for the answer but couldn't find it.
I am using Raspberry Pi 3, and have Retropie working.Ingame when I want to insert coins, I press select, but this then also switches shader.
I would like to remap the shader switching key or disable it completely.Hope this is enough information, thanks in advance.

On the XBOX 360 controller it works fine
