    Hi,

Using lr-mame2003 and I have Rampage, but every time I start it I get dropped to a Service type menu where I can adjust things like Volume etc, but I cannot get out of. I'm using two versions of the ROM (rampage.zip & rampage2.zip), both do the same.

I've searched around and see that others have had this issue in the past but cannot seem to find a solution for it.

Unless I'm missing something simple, and even then, any one have an idea so I can play them?

Pi Model or other hardware: 3
Power Supply used: (If using a Pi) Standard 2ma charger - Ankhar

You'll have to use one of the MAME versions at or above 2010 for most early Midway titles. The AdvanceMAME options work as well.

@mediamogul advMame works really well but the audio is all over the place. It's awful in every emu I have used. I'll be honest the Sega Master System version of Rampage is really good.

It is indeed. I've also found that if you set

          sync_resample internal

in /opt/retropie/configs/mame-advmame/advmame.rc, then the audio tends to behave itself in AdvanceMAME. As a result, 'Rampage' runs really well for me there.
