Looking for Sonic 2 splash screen

I found a splash screen that someone did. The splash screen was listed on the old petRockBlog. The original download link is broken, and does not work any more. Here is the splash screen that I found on YouTube.

Does anyone know if this can be downloaded from somewhere else?

@kasimar1 there are a bajillion youtube video ripper sites where you can download youtube videos as mp4. just a google away.
