Boot in single gamelist of different systems

Is it possible to boot into a single basic gamelist, with games of different systems and without using attract mode? I usually have only arcade games running, but tekken 3 is not playable on a pi with mame, so a get the psx version.
is there a way to make a "favorites" list with autoboot in this list, forcing basic view (cause i use a crt with 240p) and locking all ways to make any configuration like in recalbox 4.1?

Ok... i think i can realize it with the child friendly extension.
The Child friendly extension can Tag as favorites, but don't list the games on a favorites list. It only can filter by favorites 😒
