    Hey Guys,

    is there a possibility to get Mario Kart 64 working via Netplay on the RaspberryPi3 (RetriPi)?
    I would like to play this game with my friends online! Is it possible with the current version?

    Hope you can help me :)

    Greetings!

      lr-mupe64plus is listed as having functional Netplay support, but I'm not sure it would perform very well on the Pi. Follow this guide, just as you would any other core and for better or worse, it should work. I'm sure everyone would be interested to know how it goes, so please report back.

        I can't even get 1-player Mario Kart 64 to perform well on a Pi, so if you get it to work multiplayer and with Netplay, please let us know how you configured your settings!

          @obsidianspider Why isn't it working for you single player? This is my setup and it looks and performs excellently in N64:

          Raspberry Pi 3B with 3 heatsinks
          Samsung EVO Select 64GB
          Aukru 5V, 3a Pi Charger
          Official Sony DS3
          Core: GlideN64-Gles-HiRes
          Driver: Video/ Dispmanx
          Case: eleduino aluminum case with fan
          Stock speeds (no overclock)

          Almost all N64 titles work fine for me with this setup. I'm not sure if it's Dispmanx, or the higher amperage power supply but most games look and play pretty great. Using Dispmanx for everything but PSX as it makes all my PlayStation games run way too fast. Like if it is in fast forward. It's pretty hilarious to watch.

            @mediamogul

            I cant even find the option to Start a N64 Rom with Netplay on the Pi. If i start a SNES Rom i can choose "Start with Netplay" :/

              It's probably that lr-mupen64 needs to be set as your default N64 emulator. From the Runcommand launch menu, set lr-mupen64 to be the default in the first menu option. From there, the 'Launch with Netplay enabled' option should be visible. if not, try selecting 'Exit (without launching)' and then invoke the Runcommand menu again on the next launch.
