What theme is this/ how to get on retropie?

Hello,
I've been trying to understand how to get my retropie setup to look exactly like this (Screenshots from a youtube video). Does anyone know what theme this is or even what front end it is for? Sorry if this isn't a question for these forums; I'm somewhat new to this and unsure.

@tomnjerry74 I don't recognise it. If that's a video playing in the middle, then it isn't using Emulationstation. ES doesn't have the ability to play a video on the System select screen (unless there have been some more new advances that I've missed). It would be great if it did, but for now it doesn't.
However, unless other stuff is going on that I can't tell from the still images, then everything else there looks like it can be done with normal ES theme making, so you could always have a crack at making your own.

Yeah. I suspect it's Attract Mode.
However, the carousel feature already exists in EmulationStation, custom collections are on the way-ish, so hopefully if we add video support on the system view by end of year we should be good to go-ish.

@tomnjerry74 these are attract mode layouts, I know the nes one is made by cosmos. Google cosmos attract mode layouts to find it.
