I have retropie on my Ubuntu desktop, and it froze when I tried to close a game. I thought I could just restart it, but when I did, it totally froze up. All I see is my frozen screen. No GUI, no nothing.
I can uninstall through retropie setup, but I've done it 3 times today and I want to find a permanent solution.
TLDR: After force quitting retropie, when I type the emulationstation command, all I get is a frozen screen
