I was playing Earthbound, all the way to the end of the Cave to the past (Final level) , When then my palm slipped and loaded a saved file that I made in the VERY BEGINING of the game! I tried everything I could, yet my save file was stuck. I know I didn't try absolutely everything, so here I am. Can someone help me? P.S: You can load in the game, which is what I did, yet then I accidently loaded an Retropie save, and I can't find the file of the save I made in Earthbound.

@Awsomepie i believe if you load a save state it will override your in-game .srm file. if the game is still loaded you can use retroarch's 'undo load save state' functionality (select + X, and it's in the quick menu somewhere), but if you've since quit out the game, i think you're stuck. hopefully someone else has a better idea :(

@Awsomepie that's always the worst. Those are the times where I wish I had a visual savestate where it takes a screenshot of where I'm at in the game like on pajama Sam. I guess there are always cheat codes...
