Metal Slug 4 overlay

No need for any special description this time; everybody knows (and loves) Metal Slug.
Here's a brand new overlay for Metal Slug 4 to be used with lr-fbalpha, as Mame2003 is not supporting this rom (may work in 2010 but probably game will be too slow).

You can find this and more hand crafted quality overlays in the rpie-ovl repository.
And if you want an easy way to install them, @meleu created a great dedicated script.
Perform these commands on your RetroPie:

cd
git clone --depth 1 https://github.com/meleu/rpie-art
cd rpie-art
./rpie-art.sh

After launching rpie-art.sh script you just have to follow the instructions in the dialog boxes. Once you have the rpi-art.shscript, choose the Update option to get all the latest art in the repository.

@UDb23 nice work as ever buddy. love the metal slug series but oddly I still prefer the first one. maybe it's because it's the only one I've finished.
