First, thanks for all of your support on these forums! This is my first time posting because usually I can find the answers to my questions by searching from past posts.
This latest problem, however, doesn't seem to have a fix, but I thought I'd ask again in case someone has figured out a fix.

Has anyone figured out a way to differentiate the controller layouts for the "usbgamepad.cfg"? The reason why I asked is because I bought 2 NES USB controllers, 2 SNES USB controllers, 2 Sega Genesis USB controllers and 2 N64 USB controllers. As you can imagine, plug and play doesn't work well with these. I remove one set of controllers and plug in another and it grabs a "usbgamepad.cfg" for the wrong type of USB controller (i.e. sets up a N64 controller with a SNES layout).

Anyone have any solutions to this? Thanks in advance for your help!

      Phil

@Farmer-Ted I would be very interested in knowing if you found a solution to this. I am in the process of building my own and would like to use controllers that are USB like you are.

Any info you could provide would be great! Thanks for your help.
