I loaded something in Retro Arch while I was in a SNES game using the default emulator. I used hotkey-X to get to it and went to online updater, and ran a bunch of updates. Now my xbox controller functions completely different in the game. Such as I need to go right to go down and the right trigger is now the start button. I can't figure out what button is the hotkey.

If I reboot the controller works fine in the Retropie menus, and I even reconfigured but if I open a game the controls are all random again.

I am able to get into Retroarch setup from Retropie but in the menu all the controls are jumbled. Is there a setting here that I can use to fix the controller again.

I have very little experience in working in linux. Sorry and thanks for any help.
