PS4 Emulator - RetroPie

@trailjacker Great work with the text file. I'm curious; how exactly did you create the file? And also, how did you get the text in there? I'm guessing some 10.000 line Perl script, right? Or maybe you used one of the neural networks I keep hearing so much about?
Anyways, keep it up, looking forward to seeing PS4 fully implemented.

Before you think about ps4 emulation how about Original Xbox, PlayStation 2, dream cast (fully working), DS's, Wii to work as they are quite old now and Retropie is called Retropie for a reason, BECAUSE it plays RETRO games!!! :)
-
Omg this is so perfect for me, I KNEW that if the PS4 controller works on the Pi then the games would too! And as the ps3 controller works as well then it would be backward compatible! Awesome news indeed๐คฉ
-
But it is just not possible yet!
-
@retroprogrammer I see the joke is way above your head...
-
To be fair, it wasn't actually funny in the first place :-)
-
@fabio what he said ;)
-
@trailjacker Can someone help me with this? No matter how many times I try to load the document, the PS4 logo will not load, let alone print. The screen just goes black and then returns to Emulation Station. Has anyone else got this to work? Is there a BIOS that I need to put in the PS4 roms folder?
-
I am just confusedI am so confused @Hyruleslink are you actually trying to emulate ps4 on a RaspberryPi! -
@retroprogrammer the whole thread is a joke. Nobody is really trying to run ps4 on a pi. Or are they ๐
-
I know, I got it working, Its so fun!
-
and now i realize that it's a joke.
it only took me TWO MONTHS.
-
@itsnitro I don't know what you're talking about, the PS4 emulator is running smooth on my Pi3.
-
@hyruleslink Did you overclock it or just stock speeds ?
-
@mitu I only overclock when I use the print document feature. There are some frame rate dips, but nothing too crippling.

@hyruleslink said in PS4 Emulator - RetroPie:

Sweet, my controller doesn't have the print button, so I think I'll not have to overclock.
