Leechers (people selling retropie for profit)
-
I know this has come up before, but I couldn't find the thread, do we have somewhere to record leechers selling retropie for profit, perhaps someone with time on their hands could contact their ISP/transaction handler and point out they are selling something they don't have rights to?
The reason I'm asking is this one popped up on my Facebook adverts today so they are clearly spending some cash to publicise their wrongdoing.

Looks like they are using myshopify.com to handle payments.
From the photos on the site, they are blatantly selling Retropie (plus all the ROMS).

Well I reported it to shopify.com and they are spectacularly disinterested in the illegal behaviour of their customers which they are facilitating, unless they receive a complaint from the copyright / trademark owner via this legal link:

Hey @GtBFilms , I think that posting links to their shop is not a good idea.
-
@meleu Good point, don't want to give them any more customers. I've removed the URL.
-
I've reported them before for breach of retropie licence. Shopify did not care. Maybe I should call them out on twitter/ the blog.

@buzz another good guy here full of legal stuff :P
