      Thanks for helping. I've Googled and searched the crap out of this. It was working before. Code upgraded and it stopped. USB spinner. No hub. Direct connection to the newest Pi gear. Newest code. The "cat" mouse test shows the spinner is working fine. No spinner games will work in lr-mame or mame4all. I've searched for a solution like crazy. Thanks a bunch!

        @retropiepghguy i'm not sure it ever worked in those cores. are you sure you were using them before?

        lr-mame2003 and advmame will support them

          Thanks. I meant lr-mame2003. I can't get it to work in that. And I don't use advmame. Any ideas? The "cat" test works great from the command line.

            @retropiepghguy which game? not all support spinners. are you using the latest version of retropie and mame2003?
