      I use a raspberry pi3

      I'm new to the pi world and i'm having issues with my raspberry not booting retropie after i shutdown retropie and then disconnect the power cable and then when i reconnect the power cable it doesn't boot back again and i use the right sd card the right programs on windows to write the image. i would appreciate the help on how to resolved this problem that i've been having for a month now i tried everything please and thank you.

        @djolivo24 What have you tried? How have you "shutdown"? What card are you using? Do you know it's genuine? How are you writing the image? Please do the things listed here:
