Tool for editing gamelist.xml?

I am using Steven spelhs excellent scraper. But there are some roms that isn´t recognized (hacks and such). So i want to edit these entires in gamelist.xml. It will be really tedious editing these directly in like notepad++.
Looking for a tool that could list all entries (like a list) and also "post by post" so i can edit the data.
I have been searching this forum and i have found 1 or 2. But they seem to be really basic in functionallity.
So please if you know of any such software (Windows, PC) pls point me in the right direction :-)
