      @chelochelini2014 I saw that earlier today. Quite interesting. It'll be great when they get the menus working.

          @chelochelini2014 ha. It's a misconception that Nintendo's emulators are better than what a few nerd geniuses have made in their free time. Byuu has done a better job than Nintendo will ever do

            @herb_fargus Unfortunately, you can't run higan on a lowend arm device. I did hear it runs superfx games better.

              The only advantage I see is star fox 2. All the other games run fine on a pi. Star fox 2 either lags a tad in snes9x2010 or runs too fast in snes9x2005. Other than that, bugs have been found in yoshis island that don’t exist on the pi.

                @herb_fargus i know , the Virtual Consoles from nintendo are cra$#"#$ , and the mini nes or snes is a copy of the emulators community , they do not work on linux just for hardware cost reasons, they also did it because a lot of their work was already done by the community, went i say improves i mean things like save state with screenshot, or better the libretto core features on the frontend, thing like cheats, filters etc. sorry for my poor english is not my language.

                  I like the idea of a savestates with screenshot, perhaps it may end up being incorporated in RetroArch some day.

                    It's not just Byuu. SNES9X is a massively capable emulator, not to mention all the other emulators that are part of Retropie/Arch and are trouble free to use. I get that it's an interesting project and a curio, but personally I wouldn't replace Retropie on my Pi 3 with whatever's on the SNES Mini. But then nor would I hack a SNES Mini to put Retroarch on, because a Pi with Retropie is a more capable and elegant solution imho. But that's just me. :-)

                      @chelochelini2014 how? It's proprietary.

                        @ranma i'm just talking about to put some core´s menu on the frontend, things like save state with screenshot , i'm not talking about the nintendo emulator is better than emulators on retropie, retropie is the winner choice , that's why i'm here
