      Pi Model or other hardware: Raspberry 3 Model B V 1.2
      Power Supply used: PI Original PowerSupply (2.5A
      RetroPie Version Used ): 4.3
      Built From: custom build
      USB Devices connected: Keyboard (because of Amiberry), Controllers, sanwa arcade buttons/joystick

      Error messages received: amiberry missing
      so after adding all the emulators i wanted i remembered about a game i loved on the amiga so i looked online for the best amiga emulator and found out about amiberry.
      i have installed ami berry via the retro pi config/optional packages and it says it installed fine.
      yet in my front end there is no amiga option. if i log into the pi over network it shows amiga in the roms list with amiberry.sh, i have tried adding roms to the folder to get it to show but nothing is working. i have un installed and re installed several times with no luck yet all my other emulators show up fine.
      any help or info is great thanks in advance

        hi @H3RBSKI

        glad to see you're using Amiberry and I guess WHDLoad packages :) I'll do my best to assist but if you don't mind I'd like to keep things as clean as possible. Hence if we could continue on the following thread that would be great. This is where I gave details and working uae files for many different configurations and games.

        Please let's continue here, if you don't mind => Amiberry thread

        Then to answer your question, ensure youres_systems.cfg file (look under /home/pi/.emulationstation/) does contain a section about Amiga/Amiberry. Here's an excerpt from mine:

        <system>
            <fullname>Amiga</fullname>
            <name>amiga</name>
            <path>/home/pi/RetroPie/roms/amiga</path>
            <extension>.uae</extension>
            <command>/opt/retropie/supplementary/runcommand/runcommand.sh 0 _SYS_ amiga %ROM%</command>
            <platform>amiga</platform>
            <theme>amiga</theme>
        </system>

        Also make sure that in your emulators.cfg file (under /opt/retropie/configs/amiga/) the following lines are there:

        amiberry = "/opt/retropie/emulators/amiberry/amiberry.sh auto %ROM%"
        amiberry-a500 = "/opt/retropie/emulators/amiberry/amiberry.sh rp-a500.uae %ROM%"
        amiberry-a1200 = "/opt/retropie/emulators/amiberry/amiberry.sh rp-a1200.uae %ROM%"
        default="amiberry"

        After making sure both files are ok, reboot the system and Amiga should be there ready for you!

        Any other questions please post them on the other thread.
        Thanks and happy gaming!
