i have a pie 3 with the latest's retropie installed. i have ran into a road block. im having issues with overlays being shared by other cores. for example. i have an overlay installed for my gb emulator to make the overlay look like a gameboy. however when i apply the overlay and save it, and when i open my gbc emulator it has the gameboy overlay installed. if i update the gbc emulator to use a gbc overlay then it gets applied to the gb emulator and i get stuck going in circles. how i can make it so that every emulator used a particular overlay and not overlap each other. i have found that this kind of issue happens also with sega, neo geo pocket, and the pc engine.
