      Pi Model: 3 model B
Power Supply: CanaKit 2.5A USB Power Supply
      RetroPie Version: 4.3.3
Built From: RetroPie image downloaded from retropie.org.uk/download
      USB Devices connected: none
      Controller used: PS3
      Error messages received:

touch: cannot touch /opt/retropie/configs/all/emulators.cfg: permission denied
sed: can't read /opt/retropie/configs/all/emulators/cfg: No such file or directory /opt/retropie/lib/inifuncs.sh: line 82: /opt/retropie/configs/all/emulators.cfg: Permission denied

      Emulator: All N64

When I launch the configuration menu before the rom loads, I AM able to change the default emulator for N64 but unable to "Select emulator for ROM"

This issue is not happening with other systems.

When I click on "Select emulator for ROM" in N64, it takes me to the list of emulators but once I click on one, it flashes the permission denied error message (above) and does not set an emulator for the rom.

Any help would be appreciated, Thanks!

Sorry to waste your time. Found the solution.

        sudo chown -R pi:pi /opt/retropie/configs
