(CPS) Street Fighter II' Turbo: Hyper Fighting at normal speed?

I wonder if it's possible to set this game to play at normal speed. In the SNES port it was possible to do it and I feel my collection is incomplete if I leave this one out, but I can't stand playing it at the abnormal pace. Would be cool leveraging the enhancements but at the same speed as regular Champion Edition / World Warrior. Thanks!

Are you running the game in lr-fba? Maybe try going into the RA GUI (hold Select and press X) and go to Core Options and change Diagnostics to Enabled, hit Restart in the Quick Menu and then Resume and see if the game boots to the arcade board's diagnostics menu. You may be able to change the game speed there.

There isn't a way to do it. Just run Champion Edition.

Yeah you can. Like the guy above says, if you use FBA you can set diagnostics mode in the Retroarch GUI and change a number of options using it, like turbo speed, demo sounds etc.
