Can't access "now loading" set up on any emulator

The button got deconfigured so I can not change anything in the launching menu before playing a rom. I am using RetroPie 4.3 on a Raspberry Pi 3 B. Maybe something went wront in RetroArch .cfg files? My controllers are 8bitdo NES 30 Pro via bluetooth and a XBOX 360 wired controller.

Make sure you didn't inadvertently disable the "Run Command" option.
