Full Sized Wireless/Bluetooth Keyboard recommendations for gaming?

Can anyone recommend anything that works well with little to no delay?
I know this sounds weird at first, because people would wonder why I don't just use emulators on my computer, but the truth is I like the simplicity of having all my games in one place and also I've been using a keyboard for retro gaming for so long now that it's become more normal to me than using a regular gamepad. I also just like to lay back and play games in bed. Right now I use a wired USB keyboard with a long extension cord but if there's a wirelss keyboard out there I'd rather go with that.
