      Hello,

I seem to receiving this error when running the update, I have attempted to remove XPAD and reinstall... however the same error pops up.

After running the updater, I've also received the exact same error: "xpad patch retropie.diff failed to apply". Not using any gamepads whatsoever [yet], only a wired keyboard right now, in order to get things set-up/configured.

I ran the updater on 2 separate freshly-installed systems this week too [including yesterday], all with no errors at all. This is weird. What's happened just today?

NB. Running RPi3b with latest RetroPie 4.3 (12/17/2017)
