Can you post the contents of /opt/retropie/configs/all/emulationstation/gamelists/neogeo/gamelist.xml as well as /opt/retropie/configs/all/emulationstation/es_log.txt. Please use codeblocks (surrounding the text with 3 backticks on either side) when doing so.
